I still don't have a good answer for sexual energy. Just acquired knowledge.
My acquired knowledge says that sexual energy could be everything because everything exists in polarities, all the way down to atoms and subatomics - so that's sex: male and female.
Another answer could be kundalini in the base "chakra" which is the power source for the "higher" energy centers.
From my experience, not acquired knowledge, I've come to see how amazing it is to actually be present in the world. The thing I used to search for isn't in some "higher" sphere, some mental gimmick, some astral projection or ascension, etc. Completion is right here. This moment is full (and empty). Being physical is the gateway into presence, into the warrior's world of actions. And sex is perhaps the most powerful physical event there is. But being present is just as intimate. It's just that sex is available to almost everyone, while presence is the obvious unobvious.
