He was trying to "stop the world" thru recapitulating. I don't think, based on his words, that he went into the recapitulation with the right mind set. He was looking for immediate results and instead of taking his time, just analyzed everything. Otherwise, in my opinion, he would have had some sort of benifitual result...something. In the end he was just scoffing at the concept. I think recaping anything, catagorically speaking, has equal results in terms of energy. People go thru alot of trouble to put together logos and commercials, intending to make us feel inadaquete
