Thanks. I think now I can clarify my question based on your feedback. Does a shift in the assemblage point include all the thoughts and feelings associated with that shift, like say if you wanted to become a grumpy old man, would the shift just allow you to act like one,or would you become one, mentally.

What prompted my question is: in the course of my day as a salesman, I would use these same techniques but just from the standpoint of acting them out. And when I use the term "act" I'm refering to gestures, tone of voice, choice of words etc. I began to wonder if actually feeling them would make them more convicing. And it reminded me of the occasions when Don Juan would seemingly get angry at Carlos and then when Carlos would ask Don Juan why he was angry at him Juan would revert back to the patient old man that he usually was. I know that whatever the answer doing these things is kinda like playing with fire, and it probably is beyond me to balance it. That's why I truly want your imput. If it's draining my energy I want to stop it. So does that explain it a little bit better, or am a just digging a deeper hole?
