i do agree, salvia is not for everyone. Almost everyperson ive talked to about it said that they didnt like it and that it was scary or that it just wasnt a good experience. for me it was an amazinging experience. I cant wait till i get back to the states so i can use it again. Was there ever any mention of salvia in CC books?they are my own and would only distract from your own... but I will say.. that when you peer and focus on a certain thing, you can become greatly aquainted with it, if you are 'polite'... and accepting of thought... be fluid.. no control..
Drakewan do you want to share any of your experiences?
reading these two pages might assist in some freedom of thought..

although they are still constructs.. they atleast lead to greater understanding..
take them for what they are... words.. with sequence that have effect on your thought process, for either a positive or negative reason..
I believe if you even sit and do this without salvia you can accomplish this.. it just takes focus and concentration... and being fluent.. to just observe something for a very long time.. salvia has her own way of bringing you to greet the objects of your focus..
when you fine tune you outter-vision.. move to observing thoughts that you create.. but don't get caught up with any one of them.. they are all the same.. just thought. that is all there is.. see them all as equal and you will be free to choose all of them.
