Deja Vu occurs when your nervous system and your brain are acting in co-operation much more efficiently than normal.. and the information being drawn in from the nervous system has a more direct route to the brain (specific parts of it) .. that incorporate that into your experience without the normal perceptual filters... (i.e. time, space) ..
This is somewhat hard to explain..
but think of it this way.. the assemblage point is taking in a golf-ball sized amount of 'strings'.... and when deja vu happens it increases to the size of a basketball..
you are recieving more information than normal concerning your enviroment.
Nothing different 'outside' of you is taking place... its a reaction to perceiving things differently.
