Astral projection is a sub-category of lucid dreaming. While lucid dreaming, you can go where you choose. If you choose to go to places you are familiar with in your waking life, then you are astrally projecting.
I have gone to places I am familiar with in my waking life. I checked later to see if people were doing what I saw them doing. They were. I looked at my watch while dreaming and while awake and it was the same time. I don't know how relevant that is but I thought it was interesting. Nobody ever sees me.
I have learned to walk while dreaming. I went to flying school and failed. Maybe some of you were there too. I was the one who got stuck 40 flights up and had to wake up. I don't know how to talk either, so I apologize to whoever I snubbed in her library.
