Well you can choose to believe this person or you can believe without believing. As for this article, the only redeeming thing in it is that Castaneda view of Don Juan's teachings. He was interested (at least at first) in shamanism, power plants and not freedom...That's why Don Juan had to do all the pseudo-indian crap (his words) that makes up the bulk of the first book.
Everything else in the article, i don't believe. And how can Don Juan be the last of his lineage? He was 4 sided. He can only continue. 3-siders like Castaneda are capable only of closing.
