		I know what ya mean.  Sometime (especially during the masculinity series) i feel like i could be so aggressive that i would rip myself apart! Doing them when i'm pissed, angry or frustrated may be dangerous.
Actually, i said that it has taken me years to get some passes to a satisfactory level. Every so often, i'll feel like i'm not doing a certain pass"correctly" or i'll forget how it goes (usually one of the longer ones). So i'll pick up the book and review it.
And for some reason, the Masculinity Series beyond the first group evades me. Just can't remember 99% of the movements. But i can't say that i've tried to hard to get them. Partly 'cos i'm a bit lazy and they take a lot out of me (can't do them for long periods).
