I dont know about the name Seymour. But there is a shaman named Credo Mutwa from Africa, who was introduced in a documentary by David Icke, who talks about the Chitauri. He is the keeper of the secret knowledge and history of his people. He says that beings from other worlds came to this planet and interbred with human beings. He says they are reptilian humanoids with shape shifting abilities, they are the chitauri.
