Food for Thought
#1

Recently, after mindlessly consuming one of many large burritos I devour each week, I decided enough was enough. Coincidentely, soon after, I stumbled on a book written by Matt Guest and he talkes about the monatomic elements. He says they exsist simultaneously in 2 states at once (whatever that means) and that they are essential for forging the energy body. He also mentiones that the're concentrated in the semen and are one of many reasons why a pussyjuice cock- tail is a no-no. Even a virgin one, without the pussy juice...

What are ya'lls eating habits and/or describe the consistancy of your stool?

But seriously, is finding the right diet something that just manifest itself. What are some ways to approach eating for both bodies?

The Zone works well for me.

I'm in a constant state of experimentation with food. Some things that I've found useful are Ayurveda and Food Combining. But when it comes down to it, the most important thing (for me) is moderation with everything, and listening to my body.

I'm going to go check out "the zone" now. Smile

A good diet is the G.I. or Glycemic Index diet.

Moderation is the key.

I stay away from High Fructose Corn Syrup, refined sugar and pork. The ancient middle eastern cultures had it right when they didn't eat pork.

I have found that food for thought becomes thought which becomes an idea of: "is this good or bad for my body". I have found that when I enjoy what I eat, regardless of what others would consider it (healthy or unhealthy) and I don't "think", it really wont harm your body... it will store what it needs (because there is a reason you wanted that food in the first place) and it pushes out what you don't need. after time however, you will become more inbalance with your body when you don't think thoughts about your food and will eventually start eating exactly what your body needs!

There has been studies that have shown that our cells will crave the "wrong" foods when we are emotional. It then creates candida and other diseases in our bodys that will feed off of fats and sugars which will feed the emotions, that'll feed the disease, that feed the emotions and there for you get fat an out of balance with your self (becoming more emotional and losing awareness).

If you are looking out sside of your self to help cleanse the body, look up candida and maybe colon flushes!

"good or bad food", healthy etc means only that the assemblage point is fixed, when the dreaming body being more in the reach, takes charge of our lives, we can find ourselves follow different ways off nourishing our bodies, which rarely respect the actual wellness' dictums

Ain't nothin' wrong with burritos! Wheat (tortilla) and beans are a whole food, meaning together they're supposed to contain all 20 essential amino acids.

I've consumed monoatomics from various saltwater sources, but not consistently for a long period of time. I can say that they definitely raise your vibrations, are good for healing and they do aid in attaining out-of-body experiences.

I try to eat a spoonful of honey everyday. Pythagoras is claimed to have said that that was his secret to health and long life. I also picked that up from a bee shaman - I forget his name.

I really like Indian and Thai food - good for the senses and healthy IMO.

Ginseng...

If you're concerned about eating for the energy body, I'd go with the moderation path and consume monoatomics. IMO, food just isn't prepared alchemically to be a source of "spiritual" nutrition. People just cook food or microwave it... an alchemical preparation is much more involved than that and much more time consuming.
Eat what you want with moderation and supplement with alchemical preparations or monoatomics.
